INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTSThe price includes international shipping of the wooden case packaging as well as transportation expenses to the destination port by sea route. Both charges will be automatically displayed as FREE on the website. On account of the product characteristics the delivery period will be: 90 days by sea route or 30 days by air parcel delivery (the delivery of customized products will take longer). Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.
ORDER TRACKINGOnce your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing an order number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing in to your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?Generally, all orders will be delivered to the local warehouse by the local agent in your country through a series of legal procedures such as customs clearance, tax payment and so on. You can choose to collect the item on your own or to ask the agent to arrange the delivery of goods to your door according to your designated time.
INSURANCEAdequately protecting artwork and/or antiques against the possibility of loss or damage is a prudent decision. Despite our best efforts and those of our service providers, there are inherent risks in international transit. Conventional renter’s and homeowner’s policies do not provide coverage for this kind of items while in transit.
Our base transportation rate DOES NOT PROVIDE any coverage for loss or damage. If selected, the cost of standard Insurance coverage base on declared value includes, at no additional cost, short term transit storage protection at a full service origin and/or full service destination warehouse.
Standard insurance coverage DOES NOT INCLUDE coverage for loss of value for pairs and sets or loss caused by mechanical derangement and mold & mildew. These enhancements can be purchased individually at a bundled extra rate of the declared shipment value.
