DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
Generally, all orders will be delivered to the local warehouse by the local agent in your country through a series of legal procedures such as customs clearance, tax payment and so on. You can choose to collect the item on your own or to ask the agent to arrange the delivery of goods to your door according to your designated time. -
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
You can choose to insure or not when placing the order. The premium based on the way of transportation will show with the payment. Please open the box and inspect goods after receipt of goods within 48 hours. If any damage is found, please inform the customer service by e-mail and proceed to the settlement procedure. -
HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
The tax is calculated based on the tariff table of the General Administration of Customs. If the total amount of payment is required to know in advance, please contact the customer service. -
DOES AWP SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. -

WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?
Due to international trade agreements and regulations, AWP must comply with specific transport restrictions. As a result, we cannot send rare animal fur products to every country, and specific species regarding Washington Convention will be limited by the application for the certification of CITES. Please contact the customer service before placing the order. -
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before we send the goods, you can cancel the order or modify your detailed shipping information. However, once the order packing is completed, we cannot merge or add goods to the existing order. If you need to modify the order, please call +33 986 755 495 and our customer service will help you. -
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
During the process of handling the order, you will receive e-mails about the status of goods on a regular basis. We advise you to read these e-mails and follow the order status. You can also get the latest information about your order by contacting the customer service. -
DOES AWP OFFER THE MAINTAIN SERVICE?
Due to the particularity of goods, the maintenance of all goods will be carried out in France. If needed, please contact the customer service for a quotation.
