EXCHANGE & RETURNSOur return and exchange process is very simple. If you are not satisfied after receiving goods, you can exchange or return them within 28 days after receipt of the order. After ensuring that the goods are undamaged, you need to pack the goods with the original container as it was sent to you and return them to our warehouse at the Beijing Agency Office. If goods do not meet the requirements, they will be rejected. After we finish the inspection, you can contact the customer service to exchange the other newly selected goods. The customer service officer will calculate the price difference ratio for you . Hint: Export packing fee, ocean freight, import customs clearance fee and tax are not covered by the return and exchange cost. RETURNING YOUR PURCHASEYour refund will appear in your AWP personal account in the form of online shopping gift coupons. No refund will be made on export packing, freight, import customs clearance fees or any other taxes. However, you can directly contact the local customs to reclaim these expenses. Please refer to local tax law for the specific process. We recommend you to hire a customs broker to reclaim the tariffs on goods. Please note that the amount of refund will be transferred to your account within 10 working days taking into account that different ways of payment require different handling times.
